IBS and pregnancy

I got diagnosed with IBS diarrhea in January after a year of constant diarrhea. I found out I was pregnant in February and ever since, I have been having severe cramps. It’s gotten so bad that it wakes me up at night. I honestly thought i was having a miscarriage the other night because of how much pain i was in. I know it’s my IBS acting up because every time I hurt, I have to go to the bathroom. Diet control worked for me before getting pregnant but now it seems like nothing I do is helping. I’m so lost what to do and I don’t see my OB for 2 more weeks. Is anyone else dealing with IBS flares while pregnant?
