Ttc baby #1 but things arent working for us.

So frustrating..I was ttc back in oct and didnt have normal cycle November and December but havent had cycle since December had pregnancy tests all negative and er did one when i went with horrible left side pain..I have pcos but been having normal cycles for most part.any tips we want to start ttc again because my next steps iui but Im feeling so discouraged and i notice i have had more pain with intercourse its always been semi painful but its really painful these days.should i be concerned
