Trying to conceive
I have pcos and endometriosis even though I never missed a period I been trying to conceive for about 2 years. My last period was January 22nd, took a pregnancy test last Monday and it came out negative so I was heart broken because my period didn’t come in in February and I’m trying to conceive and then this test comes out negative. Did I do it to soon? I don’t feel any different I don’t feel pregnant any advice?
