Papp A? Need some reassurance

So I’ve had a call back from my 12 weeks screaming and I have a low hormone level for Papp A just wondering if anyone has this and what was the outcome? I have extra scans booked and have been directed to a charity but I can’t find anything on the site about it. Only about Down syndrome. Sorry to be a pain ❤️

I had the same results at 12 weeks, high free beta hCG and low PAPP-A levels at 0.29, so doc also warned me of high risk for Down’s for baby, we were at 1:50 risk. We did an extra NIPT test that’s more accurate, and it came back negative for all trisomies and a few other genetic abnormalities. Don’t let the first test result scare you. Placenta is still developing and chances are the PAPP-A test is a false positive for any genetic issues 🤗
