Does you baby have it? What are their symptoms? Thinking my LO has it but I’m not sure

My baby would cry and arch his back and stiffen his body like he was in pain/mad. He would projectile spit up, have wet burps/a lot of hiccups, and random gagging even when he wasn’t eating and some choking. Pedi started him on Zantac and he’s been a different baby.
