Sperm can live in you for 5-7 days so if youve had sex more then once ,it could be any day nesr ovulation

No one knows the exact date and time of conception sperm can live for up to 5 days and unless your having your hormones tested you won’t know exactly when you ovulated.

The day before ovulation is typically the higher chance of conceiving, but personally speaking I have not, I haven't conceived at all yet
