What do you think the best contraceptive is and why?? I need help :) x

There is no “best.” It depends on the person. Statistically, the arm implant is the most effective

The best for me personally has been nuva ring. I have also tried the patch which is pretty much a sticker version of the ring, but I hated that it was a sticker and came off easily. After the patch, I tried paraguard non hormonal iud and it was awful. I bled and had pain from ovarian cysts constantly. After that I tried mirena and that was also awful, so I went on nuva ring and it’s been great. BUT my body is naturally low in estrogen, so I needed it from a different source and I’m not good with pills. The only downside to nuva ring after getting used to having to do nothing with an iud is remembering to take it out and put it in on time, but it’s not a big deal. And if it comes out of place, I just push it back up.

Implant or IUD they're both 99.9% effective the highest you can get besides sterilization. No room for user error.
