Butt cramps???

Anyone get butt cramps while pregnant?? I’m 20 weeks and my left side gets cramps soooooo bad?! Can I do anything to relieve them

Sciatic pain! Massage and stretching help. If you do hip flexor stretches it really helps - that’s the one where you put your right ankle on your left knee and then squat (while holding on to something!) or you can do a seated version. If you do yoga, pigeon pose stretches the same muscles.
