almost 7 weeks and noticed this, am i possibly going to miscarry i am terrified

It’s probably just from your cervix. Doesn’t look like anything to worry about at all. Try to relax. :)

Your probably fine. If you bleed more than spotting. And its accompanied by heavy cramps I would immediatly consult your OB.

Spotting can be normal as long as it’s not bright red and associated with bad cramping.
