Chlamydia

Hey guys, back in July I had a boyfriend and we were together until November little did I know he was sleeping around on me. I came home from college for a gyno visit and got news that he had given me Chlamydia, I had NO SYMPTOMS my dr gave me two pills of Azithromycin to take which I did and I have to wait two weeks also my current boyfriend is getting tested. How will I know if it is gone? I asked the doctor and she said everything would be fine as long as we both were treated and I came back in June....

also does that mean I wait the two weeks to have sex ? Or until June?
