Possible triplet??

I’m 19 weeks pregnant with twins. I’m feeling movement but not consistently. Several times yesterday and today I have felt movement on the upper right side which is where Baby A was at my last ultrasound. Today Baby A was nestled down low in my pelvis with head tilting toward the left with Baby B’s head right above it and body going toward my left side. With the babies being positioned how they are what could I be feeling on the upper right? I told my doc I’ve had several dreams about triplets but he just laughed and said only twins and didn’t check where I told him I felt movement. I thought at the last ultrasound he was looking kinda high but we saw the babies so I didn’t think anymore about it. Now I’m scared they are missing a baby!
