Help?!? Day 1-3 & 21 day bloods

I had my day 1-3 and my day 21 bloods done this cycle and they have come back with no indication of ovulation this cycle.

However, I think the date the tests were run were incorrect. The doctor knows my cycle length etc and told me to get the tests on the above days, but looking into myself, I think the dates were wrong.

I have a 31-33 day cycle, and according to Glow and I was due to ovulate on day 19, and my CM indicated this. So I was only 2 DPO at the second blood test. I think I needed to be 7 DPO to register the increase in progesterone.

Anyone have any experience in this and able to advise?
