Change in Placenta?

Idk if this means anything, but my first pregnancy my doctor told me i had an anterior placenta. Now my second pregnancy, the doctor told me i have a posterior placenta? My first child was a girl & i really want my second child to be a boy. Lol does the gender play a role in that? Probably not but still doesn't help to ask 😩

The placenta has to play into the gender and it changes every pregnancy because there is a new placenta in each pregnancy. The only determining factor for gender is the male’s sperm.

The position of the placenta changes with every pregnancy/ for every baby I’m having twins and one baby’s placenta is anterior and the others is posterior.
