Why don’t i feel pregnant like I did with my last baby?

This is my first and I’m a wreck, i either don’t really believe I’m pregnant or I panic that it’s not going to last... it’s horrible. Hope it gets better for you.

I didn’t either until a couple days ago. When I first got my positive I felt completely normal. On Tuesday I had a killer headache like migraine at its fullest! Yesterday the breast tenderness started! And the nausea has been on and off. I’m 4 weeks today according to LMP 5 weeks Saturday according to ovulation.

My wife is 8 weeks looks pregnant but no symptoms apart from bloat. .. scan on 2nd April

I didn’t have any symptoms when I was pregnant with my son besides fatigue. But that was 4 years ago and i was in a panic thinking I should feel something!
