UTI...?

Hey ladies. So I feel like I have a UTI. I feel irritated down there. I have the urge to pee when its not alot (besides the normal pregnancy peeing alot). And I'm also having daily Braxton Hicks (which I saw somewhere can be a sign of UTI). It doesn't burn when I pee tho.

OB checked yesterday and said test was negative but that my PH down there was off and gave me a cream antibiotic for it. But I swear this feels so similar to a UTI.

Could the PH problem cause similar symptoms? Or could the test have been wrong? TIA!
