Uncomfortable
So I’m 30 weeks, I weigh around 130, have never weighed more than 110. I’m asking for tips on how to get comfortable at night. It’s not about having to pee so much anymore. They say sleep on your left side as it’s helpful to the baby but she’s balled up on my right... so I think it’s weighing me down! Her head is down, 4 limbs on the left of my stomach, butt under my right rib cage, and body on the right side. I have a pregnancy body pillow, it doesn’t help. When I get up my belly feels sore and tense. I have a memory foam mattress with memory foam topper. My SO makes me sink down towards him. So between him and her I’m in a bind. I can’t sleep on the couch bc it’s too hard and creepy in the living room alone. I constantly have gas issues as well especially drinking so much milk, but she makes me drink it and eat so many sweets. Could someone please help me to get more tips to rest the last few weeks?
