1 yr old diet
Okay so my son just turned 1. What the heck does he eat since he doesn’t have formula anymore? I’m freaking out because I feel that I’m either over feeding him/ under feeding him. I’m lost. He does eat what we eat SOMETIMES. I will make him his own plate and he won’t eat it 🙄 please please help a first time momma out
