Midwife couldn't give a sweep!?

I'm 40+3 and today I went to the midwife and she attempted to do the sweep which I thought was so painful btw, she said she couldn't do it as she couldn't reach the cervix as it's so far back, but she could feel the baby's chin, she said she's in the perfect position she needs to be in?

Earlier this morning I have been having light brown discharge but after I came back from the midwife I wiped down there and now there is bits of brown jelly. Not sure whether this is my plug coming away or what? Anyone had this happen and go into labour shortly after anyway?

I just want this baby out now, I'm so disheartened 😫
