Breastfeeding & Ovulation after IUD removal

My son is 14mos and we are still breastfeeding. I got my IUD taken on on Dec 12 2018 so me and hubs could start trying for #2. I hadn’t had my period since having my son until after my iud removal. I had bleeding for 2-3 days after removal and have had one “period” for 2ndays in January. I didn’t have anything except 2ndays of spotting in February and I should be on my period now. opk have been inconsistent and I have no idea when my true fertile window is. I’ve been having pregnancy like symptoms but any tests I’ve taken have been negative. Anyone have any experience with TTC while breastfeeding after an iud removal?
