Early pregnancy bleeding, any happy stories?

I'm sorry if this is the wrong group.. I'm not even sure.
It's the fourth time I'm pregnant, and I've never had bleeding before other than when things went wrong. No children yet. 
Currently 5+4 and yesterday I had a huge bleeding and pain, with a little bit of clots. So I went to the ER, this is 
IVF
 and I'm on tons of meds, one of them vaginal suppositories (progesterone). Then it all went away after barely an hour of bedrest, just spotting now.
I got one blood serum hcg today and will have another tomorrow, and I won't get the answers before next week because the lab is so far away. Can't quit meds before I (hopefully not) get a definitive miscarriage conformation from the doctors.
So what I'm writing this for is getting some hope, does anyone have some stories with happy endings where they had a huge bleeding around this time and stayed pregnant? I'm pretty much on bed rest untill 12 weeks, barely allowed to go to school on calm days, and my fiance has refused me to work, even tho we do need the money.

Just a little update.
It happened again and I got sent off to the hospital due to my level of pain and bleeding. 
But guess what! They were preparing to figure out where they needed to perform surgery on me through ultrasound, and found a heartbeat, in my uterus, and no free fluid anywhere, so they're in a loss as to why I was bleeding!
Both doctors dropped their jaws, and one of them even blurted out "this isn't possible! There is a heartbeat!"
So we are baffled the little bean survived two rounds of contractions and bleeding! 
I have a really strict rest now, got sent home finally, but as long as there is life, we don't care about anything else ❤

I bled for almost 4 weeks straight at the beginning of my pregnancy. No one could figure out why. My dr told me to prepare for the worst. I’m now about 20 weeks and haven’t had any issues since around 12 weeks.

I bled from 6 weeks to 17 weeks ( I had a hemorrhage) and now have a almost 7 week old . The er dr had told me that I probably wouldn’t hold thenpregnancy but I knew he would be alright 🤷🏻‍♀️ call it mothers instinct. He is my third and had no bleeding with my first two
