is this a period or no?

TMI PHOTO IS VERY GROSS. I started spotting very very lightly yesterday for a hour and then stopped. Today I went to go pee and have a very painful stomachache and almost fainted when I saw this much blood, I was on the phone with my fiancé and I showed him and he’s bringing me to the emergency room soon. But is it a period or not? I’ve never ever bled this much. My last period was January 15th, and I skipped February for unknown reasons and I’m supposed to have my period tomorrow but I’ve been TTC and taking fertility lube everyday. My mother and my brothers girlfriend said it’s not normal to pour out this much blood out of my vagina, help please.. am I freaking out for nothing? Is it a miscarriage that I didn’t know about? Is it just a super super heavy period? It’s more like a dark red/black color.

UPDATE: so I went to the emergency room. They tested my pee because they thought it was a miscarriage at first turns out it wasn’t thank god, and I’m not pregnant yet sadly. But the reason for the bleeding like this is called dysfunctional uterine bleeding and it’s caused by hormone imbalance which I believe is due to me taking fertility lube everyday. Dr said to space out the lube and gave me ibuprofen and Motrin to help reduce pain and bleeding. Thank you to everyone who cared 💕
