Am I late or did my cycle change?

According to Glow my period is due in 2 days but I usually have around a 28-30 day cycle which means I'm a day or two late by my own calculations. I know I cant rely solely on the app because it's going off of what I log, but am I late or should I still wait till two days to test??? I have been having cramps for 7 days now and I dont usually have them that long before AF. I have had the feeling that my period is coming for probably 4 days now so i thought for sure it would be here by now. Contemplating going to get a test so I can use fmu tomorrow. TTC for a year and a half now.
