Weight loss
So Iāve been really struggling with weight over the past couple of years and itās gotten to the point where Iām super anxious for anyone to see me from a side view. It started when my cousin posted a picture of us at the beach and I just looked massive next to her. So Iāve been trying to eat healthy and exercise over the past month or two. Sometimes Iāll have lost like 5 pounds which is so exciting until the next day where I am back at square one. Does anyone have any tips? I do cardio 3 times a week. I only really eat salads/ veggies smoothies fish and eggs anymore. What am I doing wrong?
