How to get thru pelvic rest 😐
I have an SCH so I am on pelvic rest until our next apt depending on how that goes will determine if I will be able to get off pelvic rest only two days in to it and wow this is extremely hard! Obviously I am not gonna do anything for the sake of my baby but anyone have tips on how to get thru it ?
