Second pregnancy?

Hi mama’s, I’m a FTM and my boy is just shy of six months. At 8 weeks I had the Mirena put in and got it taken out when my boy was about 4.5 months. I had a period directly afterwards. Not on any more birth control as we don’t have sex often and plan on trying again come June, but tbh I think I’m pregnant now.

I feel like my period is due/late, but honestly I don’t remember. I’m having a lot of discomfort in my pelvis, a lot like the RLP I had with my son. It just feels so heavy around my hips, not just where my uterus is. HPTs are negative thus far.

Anyone had these problems before getting a positive? I’m not sharing these concerns with my fiancé because it’d freak him out I think. I’m just so uncomfortable.

Also, HELLA slimy CM. Not EW, but I had very slimy CM with Milo and it’s very similar. Usually I dry up before a period.
