Causes? Possible endo?

To start things off, I am 16. As of this past year, my periods have been bringing me terrible, terrible, absolutely terrible cramping. I was at school one day, and I had cramps so bad I gave myself a fever, and had terrible nausea. I was sitting in the art room at my school and wanted to go out in the hall to grab a drink of water. however, I was far too lightheaded and in far too much pain to move. It is not uncommon for me to be tired 24/7 as well. i’ve noticed lately as well i’ve had a lot of pain in my pelvic and vaginal areas. it’s almost like the vaginal pain i experience during a period that comes in small spurs. my pelvis hurts to lay on my back as well. everything feels like it is stretching too much (i’m 5’0 and 140 lb, i’m not too skinny). At some points, I have such a sharp pain in my lower right side that it takes my breath away, literally. i got one of these cramps in the middle of a conversation with my mother and I couldn’t even move. i stopped dead in my sentence and hunched over in pain. these cramps occur like every 2 months a week or so before my period, but man. they take my breath away. My mother never had bad cramping, so it is all a shock to her that i have it so bad. what are your thoughts? could it be endo?
