I have pcos and I do not know how long my cycles are. I was on medication to help me ovulate but my last 21 day progesterone test was very low... however that same day I had egg white cm.

If I did ovulate on that day(cd21), I would be 7dpo. I have had sore nipples (not sure why but they have been hard since having the sore) and they have been sore since about cd 21 maybe a day before...

I recently started having somewhat sharp pains shooting in my breast area as well. My breast have also had some swelling in them around the edges of my breast. It almost feels like a knot but it only last a couple days and the swelling goes down.. the lumps do not hurt either. I have just assumed it was swollen glands?

And a starting yesterday, have noticed some very light spotting but nothing where I needed to actually wear anything...

does anyone have any idea what could be going on or what I should do? Anyone ever had this happen to them?

Egg white cm cd21 ( I have never had egg white cm, I just happen to wipe and noticed it)

You can kind of see the lump in talking about but it is not like that now.. (also my breast are very large and natural/ “saggy”)

And this is basically the spotting I have had off and on since yesterday. ( we were also out of state.. I’m not sure if traveling could cause the sporting or not)
