Loose vagina??

How do you know if your vagina is loose??? I've had 3 kids all delivered naturally last baby was Jan. 2018. But I'm scared I might be loose. I've tried kegels, but it doesn't seem to do it. I also bought Secret Ciri stick... made things worse. I can't afford the vaginal rejuvenation it's too expensive for me.... not sure if the problem is in my head, or if in deed I might be loose now.

Also, my boyfriend has a hard time getting hard all the way when we are going to have intercourse. But if I'm just giving him a BJ, he is really hard. It makes me think he doesn't like the feeling of my vagina now or that I'm loose.
