Prenatal side effects?

Did anyone get sick from taking prenatals? My coworker said they made her throw up sometimes and she felt “zombied out”. She was also taking iron pills. I did some research and it says some women experience nausea or vomiting, constipation, low appetite, diarrhea and cramps. I was just curious how common those side effects were for people.

Never had an issue with prenatals. I try to always take them with or immediately after a meal so that probably helps. 🤷🏿‍♀️

Iron is known for being harsh and making people queasy and nauseous. I’m sticking with gummies and haven’t had an issue with them.

I've also found that I have an easier time with the gummies. The regular ones made me sooooo constipated.

The prenatals themselves sometimes can cause constipation or nausea, but that’s about it

I’ve had zero issues but I take an expensive whole food prenatal with methylated folate and a special bio-available iron 🤷‍♀️

I get extremely nauseous with prenatals of all forms. Turns out my body was getting overdosed. The OB said it was normal.5

I’ve taken gummies the entire time and never had an issue, I didn’t need iron

Take them at night with oj so you don’t feel nauseous from them

Only side effects I get from my prenatals are constipation. I am also on iron supplements and those things mess with your system a lot more. I would say she’s having more of a side effect from that. 
Some women puke after taking their prenatal, but that is typically from normal first trimester sickness and the pill just is hard to keep down.
