7dpo too early?

Just took a FRER at 7dpo.....my boobs are very tender, random light nausea and light headedness,achy occasional poke feeling around the uterus and I’m beyond exhausted even with 9 hrs of sleep . I know it’s a BFN but do y’all think I’m out? Trying so hard not to symptom spot. Beyond frustrating after having a MC almost a year ago and hubby deployed for a year within days....he was just home on a rare leave .
