B6 and unisom?????

Question

Looking for some advice...Zofran isn’t working and i take a Unisom with 25mg of b6 at night, then 25mg of b6 every 8 hours.  I’m still so nauseous and throwing up and can’t eat very much.  
Should I increase the b6?

Unisom and b6 didn’t work for me either. I got started on Zoltan Tuesday and it’s been doing pretty good but tonight it doesn’t seem to be helping at all.

My dr put me on half a unisom in the morning with half a b6 (25mg), I take another half b6 in the afternoon then another with a full unisom at night recently due to my insurance not approving diclegis. I cant take the unisom in the morning anymore. It makes me unbearably groggy but I honestly cant tell its helped one bit.

I tried that, it was awful. I work nights at a hospital and i fell asleep! I finally had to ask for reglan!
