Got my workout in at 26 weeks!
I'm 26 weeks + 1 and I did my cycling class over lunch today! Burned 335 calories in 30 mins and it felt fantastic. I'm doing Barre class every Monday, walking 2+ miles on the treadmill everyday and doing cycle class on Fridays. I've gained 31lbs already at 26 weeks, but honestly I don't care. I absolutelty love this amazing body of mine and what its doing!
Edit: Yes I've been working out before pregnancy and the entire time. I was a health and fitness coach prior to becoming pregnant working out 6 days a week!
