No period at all and I’m not pregnant please help me:(

I been to the doctor and I’m not sure if she doesn’t care or if it’s true.

In 2017 dec I got a depo shot everyday I bled for months then it changed to twice a month both 7 days a period then another during the time of ovulation. I only had the shot once due to I became a emotional reck and gain no joke 40 lbs.

I’m 5”4 306lbs right now

I know I’m very overweight it’s bad

During this year as well I was going thru a divorce in which my x was mentally and physically abusive.

During June or July of 2018 I had to go to the ER for my bleeding it was so bad I thought I was having a miscarriage.

Starting May 2018 we decided to have unprotected sex to start having a baby. So we thought it might be a possibility.

I was given birth control in high doses for 4 days and it stopped the bleeding and turned back to twice a month again.

Skip forward

I got to the doctors they decide to give me a ultrasound they said I might have a polyp

(Actually the nurse said I had one and that stressed me out that I might of had cancer so I was freaking out)

The whole time for 2 months that’s when my doctor was next available to see me I didn’t have a period, they gave me the ultrasound and I was clear found out the nurse should never of told me that.

After the ultrasound they gave pills to force start and period for 10 days and after on day 10 I had a 7 day bad period.

No sign of ovulation because on the day I was pose to ovulate I started bleeding for 5 days then it stopped and now I have had a period since.

Between all this my life has made multiple changes and life plans have changed.

I need help my doctor seems very nice and knows what she’s doing but at the same time it seems kinda unclear.

Please help ANY FORM of advice would be great

I do realize my weight could be a main factor in this.
