Possible UTI?

I’m making a doctors appointment next week on my day off. But... Til then my minds been none stop thinking about what’s wrong with me and what it may be. I’m 19 and I’ve never had a UTI.. and doctor google doesn’t help much besides making me freak even more. So... I don’t have any weird discharge aside from my ovulation discharge (I’m ovulating).. but when I pee, I don’t feel any pain til after I’m finished. Like my bladder is squeezing. I read that I could be having bladder spasms. But I’m also throbbing for a while after using the restroom... it’s EXTREMELY uncomfortable. I’m also urinating a lot too.. I know those may be obvious signs. But there’s so many different things it could be...If it is a UTI the only things I can think of that’s caused it is sex..? Or my tampons with bacteria?
