Weight loss advice please
I’m 5’4” and 164 pounds. I want to loose weight and I’ve tried several times but I always seem to fade away from my exercises. I eat rather well already, I don’t eat boxed foods and I eat my fair share of veggies and fruit. I lost 10 pounds four months ago, but that was because I lost my appetite completely and wasn’t eating anything except one meal a day.
I could use some advice. What has worked for you? Also I have a bunch of fat in the area between my neck and my chin, how can I get rid of that?
