Help! Freaking out! Do I have listeria?!

So I’m 4 weeks today and yesterday I ate buffalo chicken pizza with blue cheese without even thinking. I called later and found out the blue cheese was pasteurized and it was all baked in an oven before I ate it but today I got diarrhea.... is this unrelated or did I screw things up? My last pregnancy I miscarried at 8 weeks and am so scared about it happening again.

You’re suppose to eat things that are pasteurized!
You will probably have a hard time finding anything that is unpasteurized anyways. 
I wouldn’t worry about it. Diarrhea could just be because you ate buffalo chicken pizza 😆

At 4wks, your baby is still in a yolk sac and the placenta hasn’t been made yet. So you don’t have to worry about things that you eat/drink transferring to the baby just yet. Good luck!! ❤️

Are you in the US? If yes, your cheese is pasteurized (FDA requirement). You might have food poisoning but the chance it’s listeria is very very small.

Slim chance you got some food poisoning but if you just had a small case of diarrhea probably not. I hade diarrhea for the whole first trimester 😂 things are making room and readjusting. You’re totally fine.
