Fever in early pregnancy

Has anyone had a high fever in early pregnancy and went on to have a perfectly healthy baby? I am removing from the flu and even with Tylenol, my temp soared to 102.8. I am worried because everything I read online says it can cause a lot of issues. I’d love to hear some positive stories.
