38 weeks and haven’t lost any mucus plug?

Your mucus plug has nothing to do with labor necessarily. Some woman lose it throughout pregnancy

Never lost my mucus plug with my first & went into labor at 39 weeks. 
Currently 39 weeks with my second and lost a tiny bit around 30 weeks, but still no labor on the way. 
It's different with all pregnancies.

My first baby was a scheduled c-section at 40+1 So I never went into labor and never lost my plug. With my second I went into labor on my own at 40+5, didn't lose my mucus plug until after my water broke.

I lost mine less than 24 hours before I delivered.

I never lost mine. Had my first baby at 41 weeks and second at 40 weeks and 5 days.

I lost mine whole at 40+3 at 12pm (but weird I still remember times 3 years later 🙄) and contractions started at 5pm 😊
