Sea bands: Do they really work for morning sickness?

These acupuncture bands seem like something I would love to try for my morning sickness, more like all day nausea, before trying meds and would like other mommas opinions! Thanks in advance!

They helped me not gag when I ate. What really helped me most was preggy pops. I ate them after every meal and it helped me keep it down

I never thought of the bands. I’ve been getting acupuncture and it helps. Also bought some ginger mints and tea

A friend of mine used them the whole time she was pregnant she said they work. 
Personally I’ve used them for actual motion sickness and they provided a little relief not enough tho. 
I think each person is a little different for things like that

They suck honestly. Didn’t work for me at all!

They definitely helped take the edge off.  Don’t wear them overnight though or they lose their effect.  It’s a safe, med free, cheap remedy to try at least.
