11 weeks and scared..

Do you have signs if you're going to miscarry? I'm going on 11 weeks and I'm barely going to be getting an ultrasound. I haven't even heard the heart beat yet. I'm so scared, I feel something is wrong. I mean I haven't had any bleeding or pains. But I just have a feeling something is going to be wrong. Ugh I hate this!
