Yes! You pushed a whole human out it’s gonna take a while to feel good again lol it took be about 5 months to not feel sore when squatting down!

I’m almost a month pp and still occasionally sore.  I think it’s normal.  If it gets worse, you can always contact your dr, but I think it’s common.
