Urgent need help what is this?

I had a pregnancy test say positive yesterday and I'm having this today I've put a pad on but hardly anything what is it.
It's like cream discharge with verry light pink blood in.
I also had minor cramp and then it stopped so could it be implantation or spotting.

As long as it isn’t bright red and ALOT then I think you’re fine!

Some women have early pregnancy spotting. I’d get ahold of your doctor now that you have a positive they can do a blood test to confirm and 2 days later a mother to see if hcg is going up. It’s not bright red and it’s not very much, you should be fine.

If it says ur positive then ur prolly preggers. It’s prolly just baby implanting further into uterus and growing! It can cause cramps and spotting. I never spotted but I have done lots of research plus I’m an RN.
