Has anyone else had spotting and cramping in pregnancy and been ok

Ok so I’m in my 6th pregnancy with only one live birth. I can’t remember 100% with my first how long it happened but I do know I did have bleeding with her like a period bleeding. We started trying for baby #2 in late April early May and have lost 4. I’m now 7weeks pregnant with another rainbow baby and praying it lives but I’m scared. I started spotting and cramping 2 almost 3 weeks ago and I’m still doing so. My ob said some women just have this happen during pregnancy but the baby’s fine. I’ve had 2 appointments where they found a heart beat which is awesome and I go back Friday to see if it’s still alive and if it is they’ll put me on as a real ob patient I’m just so scared this is not normal.
