Got a positive test this morning and I’ve just wipes and I’m bleeding. Due my period today too, implantation? Miscarriage? Wtf?

Please do not go to the ER....you just got a positive test this morning, there’s nothing they’ll do. You may just be having some spotting. A lot of people do. Make an appt with a OB and speak with them about your concerns.
