Exercise and TTC

So last month I started exercising consistently about a week before my period, and I started eating way healthier. I noticed I ovulated on day 14/15 instead of day 19/20. Is it normal for lifestyle changes to “reset” cycles? Like I’m only on day 8 right now and my CM started getting more clear already, instead of sticky white. Although I did BD quite a bit yesterday, I went to the bathroom and showered and cleaned up.
