Pregnant again so soon

Just had my beautiful baby 11/05, been ebf the whole time and lately I’ve felt off. I’ve only had my period once (doesn’t mean you can’t get pregnant) took 3 tests today and it looks like I’m pregnant again. Bitter sweet because I’m so thankful I can have another if all goes well but also sad because I wasn’t careful and thought that I’d would have more time to enjoy my little boy being an only baby💙 either way I’m happy but really nervous/scared
