Pre eclampsia?

So I am currently 35w3d with didi twins. I have 2 NST’s a week due to my pregnancy being high risk. My last nst my BP was high so the doc called me back in that night for a second monitoring and blood work and urine sample. NST was fine and so was my blood work but I had a lot of protein in my urine which she stated along with the changes in my vision and high BP was a sign of pre eclampsia. She said she can’t diagnose it though without a second high bp but that if at my next appt my BP comes high then they will do csection that day or next . I’m currently scheduled for april5th which will put me at 38 w 1d I’m wondering even though my bp comes back normal can I request them to deliver my girls at 37 weeks instead of 38 just because ive been so stressed about it I’m scared of something going wrong .
