Tylenol when Pregnant

I was told by the pharmacy that it's safe to take Tylenol while pregnant but I didn't think to ask if it's ok to take 2, the recommended dosage, or if I should only take one? I injured myself earlier today, something that felt like it weighed the same as a brick fell onto my foot and I was put into a boot and sent home. I have never had a foot injury that constantly throbs like a toothache. I've been trying to ignore the pain and keeping my foot propped up to sleep but now it's becoming almost unbearable because of the ache. I'm not sure if taking a full dose could harm the Baby or if it would be alright?
