Breastfeeding advice needed

St

Hi moms!

I need some breastfeeding advice. For background, my LO was born weighing 9lbs 3oz and has always been long for her age. Her weight stayed consistently high and at her 2 month appointment, her weight was in the 86th percentile. Today at her 4 month appointment, her weight has dropped to the 67th percentile.

Her pediatrician is not too concerned, but says for me to watch for supply issues and to see if she is still hungry after feedings.

My LO has always fed well, always seems satisfied...unlatches herself when she’s done...if I try to feed her when she’s not hungry she won’t latch. She did however start sleeping longer stretches in the night. She will cluster feed until she falls asleep around 10, and will wake up between 4-6am to feed, and then again between 7-8, and then eats every 2 hours or so throughout the day. She has plenty of wet and dirty diapers.

Does the dip in percentage seem concerning? What can I do? Should I try and wake her at night for an additional feeding? Offer the breast more? I do not want to offer formula at this point.

As far as I know, my supply continues to be the same...I am able to pump pretty much the same amount as before.

She’s a chunky little thing so I wasn’t concerned, but as a FTM the pediatrician has me a bit worried. Any help or similar experiences would be much appreciated.
