Maternal Fetal Medicine

So I posted last week about my doctor referring me for a level 2 ultrasound. Well I’ve read up on mfm and it says they only see high risk patients or patients who’s babies appear to have restricted growth or deformities. I don’t see any information about going to see one to get a more thorough ultrasound and to get heart measurements and get a profile (which they couldn’t get because baby was super stubborn and facing my back). I’m worried my doctor has worries but isn’t telling me and decided to refer me to mfm and let them take over. Any insight??
